Rahul Dravid back in the sqad

Rahul Dravid was born on January 11. 1973 and popularly known as the wall. In October of 2005 he was appointed captain of the Indian cricket team and resigned in Sept 2007.But his resignation covered him behind the shadows then Dhoni took the charge &what next was a great disappointing to all his(Dravid) fans around the world,he was no more in the Indian squad.And their was no reason at all for him to be thrown out of the team. lets take a look into the stats. He holds multiple cricket records, In Feb 2007 he became the 6th player in history to score 10,000 runs in ODI cricket. He is also the first and only batsman to score a century against all cricket playing nations. He currently holds the world record in the highest number of catches in test cricket. He also holds the world record for being involved with more then 75 century partnerships with 18 different partners. Dravid started his cricket career at the age of 12 and represented the state at the under-15, under-17, and the under-19 level. Dravid made his debut in the second test against England after Sanjay Manjrekar got injured after the first test match, Dravid scored 95 and held on to then position. Dravid batted at number 3 in the third test in Johannesburg, scoring his maiden century with 148 and 81 the top score in each inning, he was awarded his first man of the match award. IN 1996 Dravid made his first half century against Pakistan in the Sahara cup scoring 90 in his 10th ODI. In 2001 Dravid joined VVS Laxman and played one of the greatest comeback victories in the history of the game, together they accumulated 376 runs for the 5th wicket in the second inning of the match.
